MSRO 1500 ( 3000 ) mobile potable water treatment plant has been designed for water treatment based on physical & chemical principle of reverse osmosis. Equipment’s standard capacity is 1500 ( 3000 ) l/hour of treated drinking water. Treated water parameters meet hygienic standards specified by WHO, EU and STANAG 2136 & 2885. It is ideal to establish MSRO 1500 ( 3000 ) in cases when the source of raw water is surface water, sea water or highly saline surface water, a so called brackish water, where besides a high contents of dissolved salts (TDS) there is normally a high portion of contamination due to the insolubles (TSS) plus organic materials (COD ?chem. oxygen demand), incl. biological and malting floor materials. However, any ground water with high contents of dissolved salts like for instance water from wells may also be a source. Use the treatment plant at ambient temperatures from -20 to +60 °C. The equipment is installed inside ISO 1C 20?container, if required by customer, own power supply may be fitted. Upon request the equipment will be supplied as fully mobile, i.e. fitted on an independent carriage.
The equipment is installed in a single 20?ISO 1C container, and it consists of the following technology units: Pumping of crude water via a floating or submersible pumping equipment. Static head between the level of pumped water and container inlet is max 10 m, distance from containers is max 50 m (35 m hose supplied as standard). Water pretreatment via a double In-line filtration within the filter followed up by filtering on absorbent carbon where, aside from insoluble and organic materials (COD, malting floor materials), the iron and manganese as well are abstracted from raw water, and its colour, turbidity and abioseston are removed substantially, as well. First level desinfection of transported water using UV radiation with minimal injection of 400J/m2. Demineralization via reverse osmosis. The level of dissolved salts abstracted is 99,2 % pH treatment of demineralized water through |
